Manager –
Hi, my name is Deirdre and I’m the Chef Manager at Bord Gais in Dublin. I’ve worked with BaxterStorey for 4 and half years and at Bord Gais for 14 years. My favourite food is Italian. During my spare time, I volunteer with a charity helping the homeless in Dublin, cooking them meals most Sundays since the Covid pandemic started. I also love reading, cooking and walking the mad dog.
